When last we saw agents J and K, K had his memory wiped of his entire experience of his time in the top-secret interplanetary liaison MIB unit and was reunited with his long-lost love, while J was teamed with the lovely L. Now, five years later, K's having problems retaining his sanity, while J's having problems keeping a partner. But when a fresh threat to the earth arises, K is dragged back into black and re-partnered with J to save the world yet again from the scum of the universe.
This film doesn't open in Australia until after the deadline for reviews. In fact, it doesn't even open in America until way-too-late. So anything I say about the film is pretty much complete speculation, based on nothing more than the poster and the vaguest of plot descriptions. But if you saw the original Men In Black and liked its off-centre collision of action, sci-fi plotting and goofy comedy, you're likely to like the sequel. If you found it all way too light and fluffy, well, you're a killjoy nazi and should be shot.
