Saved! Is a flick about a group of Christian girls who vow to remain virgins till married-. Completing their final year at a Baptist American school, the girls really fit in and their life is going well-. Until Mary (Malone) believes her boyfriend is gay. Following what she believes are orders from God, Mary breaks the pact and falls pregnant. She befriends new people, while trying to spend the year hiding her pregnancy, from both teachers, and more importantly, fellow students. Hiding it from her best friend, Hillary (Moore), is also essential - as Hillary turns her faithful 'disciples' against pregnant Mary.
This movie is dubbed as a comedy, but it has a deeper message to it as well. I enjoyed it - it's funny, but not over the top, and moral, but that message is not what the movie is all about.
