Some time after their amazing trip to White Castle, Harold (Johnny Cho) and Kumar (Kal Penn) plan the ultimate vacation: Amsterdam! Unfortunately, in a post-post-911 society it isn't too easy for stoners from mixed minority backgrounds to fly out of the USA and the pair find themselves taking an unwanted detour to Guantanamo Bay when their plan to sneak a bong onto the plane goes horribly wrong. Cue Neil Patrick Harris, TV's Doogie Howser, to the rescue! With an army of incompetent secret service goons on their trail, Harold and Kumar go on the run. Though finding a new dealer is just as important as clearing their name...
Harold and Kumar picked up the torch (or was it a pipe?) from Cheech and Chong in Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle, which became a huge hit (pun intended) on DVD. This sequel is an even better trip than the first. Pack the munchies and don't expect to remember these 90 minutes of your life.
