In case you missed the exciting news, the ANU Film Group will be moving to a new home in February 2019! We will be taking up residence in a brand new, purpose-built cinema within the ANU's Kambri precinct, the area formerly known as Union Court.

This is without a doubt a big change for the ANUFG, and we have addressed initial questions arising from the announcement in an FAQ on our website at www.anufg.org.au/newtheatre

Most notably, it will mean saying goodbye to our beloved home for the past 50 years – the Coombs Theatre – which we moved into from the Physics Lecture theatre in late 1968, and have been holding our screenings in ever since. Please join us for one last visit to the theatre as we celebrate/commemorate/commiserate the occasion with light refreshments, drinks and reminiscing. We will also be giving away souvenirs, opening up the projection room for tours, and sharing some news about our exciting plans for 2019.
