After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient smiling while committing suicide, therapist Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) begins experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain – and that only she can see. As she begins to suspect she is being targeted by a malevolent entity, Rose must confront her troubling past and find a way to avoid becoming its next victim.
