PRESENTED AS PART OF THE CANBERRA COMEDY FESTIVAL HUB AT KAMBRI ON MARCH 24-25
Living alone in suburban Pittsburgh, Otto Anderson (Tom Hanks) is a grumpy widower who is ready to give up on life after the loss of his wife. When a lively young family moves in next door, Otto finds he has met his match in the very pregnant Marisol (Mariana Treviño), leading to an unlikely friendship that will turn his world upside-down.
Based on Fredrik Backman’s novel 'A Man Called Ove' and the 2015 Swedish film of the same name, this is a funny, heart-warming story about how family can come from the most unexpected places.
