PRESENTED AS PART OF THE CANBERRA COMEDY FESTIVAL HUB AT KAMBRI ON MARCH 24-25
The Monty Python troupe attempt to answer to the most important question of all: what is the meaning of life? John Cleese, Graham Chapman, Terry Jones, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin explore everything from the miracle of birth to death – and even what comes after – through a series of unapologetically satirical skits which leaves no stone unturned.
Featuring such iconic sketches as ‘Every Sperm is Sacred’ and Mr. Creosote’s unforgettable trip to the restaurant, don’t miss your chance to ponder the big questions with Britain’s most enduring comedy group at this 40th anniversary screening.

PRESENTED AS PART OF THE CANBERRA COMEDY FESTIVAL HUB AT KAMBRI ON MARCH 24-25
For documentary filmmaker Zoe (Lily James), attempting to find Mr. Right has only delivered her bad dates and funny anecdotes, much to her opinionated mother Cath’s (Emma Thompson) dismay.
For her childhood friend and neighbour Kazim (Shazad Latif), the answer to finding love may be following in his parents’ footsteps by entering into an assisted marriage with a bright and beautiful bride from Pakistan. As Zoe sets out to film his hopeful journey from London to Lahore to marry a stranger he’s never met, she begins to wonder if she might have something to learn about finding love.
