On an ordinary evening in Paris, 40-something journalist Mia (Virginie Efira) ducks into a busy nearby bistro for shelter from the rain. And it’s just bad luck of the worst order when the venue is targeted by terrorists.
Three months later, Mia is still traumatised and struggling to recall the events of that night. She finds herself inexorably drawn back to the restaurant where she discovers that a number of her fellow survivors have set up a support group. But her anguish starts turning into guilt when one of the survivors angrily accuses her of endangering the lives of others through her actions on the night. Mia doesn’t want to believe this is true, but without any recollection of what happened, how can she be sure?
