Light the fuse and cue the theme song… MISSION: IMPOSSIZZLE is back!
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to join us at the ANU Film Group prior to our screening of MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – ROGUE NATION on SATURDAY 10 OCTOBER for a fundraiser BBQ. The BBQ will kick off (and doors will open) at the earlier time of 6 PM, with the film starting at the usual 7 PM.
Sausage sandwiches will cost $2.50 each, while canned drinks will be $1.50. Our trusty canteen will also be open with their usual assortment of goodies on offer, but will not be selling hot dogs that night.
All proceeds from the BBQ will go towards future ANUFG initiatives, including preparations for our big 50th anniversary next year, so grab a snag and support the Film Group!

In TRAINWRECK, a commitment-phobic magazine writer (Amy Schumer) finds herself falling for the subject of a new article she’s writing, and starts to wonder if her life-long belief that monogamy is impossible has been wrong all along.
Then, in TED 2 (at approx. 9:45 PM), a living teddy bear and his new wife wish to have a baby together, but to do so, he must first prove himself a person in the eyes of the law. Starring Mark Wahlberg, Seth MacFarlane and Amanda Seyfried.
• Sat 26 Sep @ **7 PM**: FANTASTIC FOUR (2015) + POLTERGEIST (2015)
In FANTASTIC FOUR, four young outsiders teleport to an alternate universe and find their physical forms altered in shocking ways. They must then learn to harness their new abilities to save Earth from an unexpected threat.
Then, in POLTERGEIST, a family whose suburban home is haunted by evil spirits must come together to rescue their youngest daughter after the apparitions take her captive – in this contemporary reimagining of the 1982 horror classic.
