Rebellion, revolution and some incredibly strong female leads tie together this week's screenings, comprising Andrea Riseborough's Oscar-nominated turn in To Leslie, yet another powerhouse performance from Olivia Colman in Empire of Light, Vicky Krieps rewriting history in Corsage, and a ground-level look at the Hong Kong democracy protests in Love in the Time of Revolution.

After winning the lottery, a Texan single mother (Oscar nominee Andrea Riseborough) squanders her winnings on liquor and drugs, leaving behind a world of heartbreak. Years later, with nowhere to go, she fights to rebuild her life.
